Fall Open Enrollment Begins September 1, 2022
We are pleased to offer University of Wisconsin students and their families insurance plans provided by Bright Benefits, Eyemed, VSP, and Teladoc. Students may also enroll in Individual Health Insurance through BlueCross United Healthcare.
Open Enrollment Periods
- Fall: September 1 – October 31, 2022 (plan effective date September 1)
- Spring: February 1 – March 31, 2023 (plan effective date March 1)
- 6-month plans only
You must enroll in coverage during the open enrollment period. If you have a qualifying life event you may be eligible for a special enrollment period. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information.
